Returns & exchanges
You can return within 30 days when the item is unused and in original packaging.
Start by emailing us and we’ll guide you step by step. EU returns get a prepaid label.

Shipping & delivery
EU delivery in 3–7 business days. You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships.
If your parcel seems stuck, tell us and we’ll nudge the carrier for an update.

Warranty & product care
All Hugna products include a 2-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
Care tip: wash cold, gentle cycle; tumble low or air dry to keep the fleece fluffy.
