2) Commercial warranty (what this is)
All Hugna products include a 2-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects starting from the delivery date. This commercial warranty is in addition to your statutory rights under EU and national consumer law and does not limit those rights.
3) What’s covered

Manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship

Broken seams or hardware due to a production fault

Faulty zippers, snaps or drawstrings that fail under normal use

Fabric defects present on arrival (e.g., holes, severe pilling out of the box)
4) What’s not covered

Normal wear and tear, aging or cosmetic changes that don’t affect function

Damage from misuse, improper care or ignoring the care label

Odor, lint, minor fleece shedding, or small color variation between batches

Accidental damage (tears, burns, stains), alterations or third-party repairs

Loss or theft
5) Remedies (how we fix it)
At our discretion, we will (a) repair, (b) replace with the same or comparable item, or (c) refund the purchase price if repair/replacement is not reasonably available. Any replacement continues the warranty for the remaining original term.
6) How to make a warranty claim

Clear photos or a short video showing the defect
We aim to reply within 24 hours on weekdays (EET/EEST).
7) Inspection & shipping costs
We may request a return for inspection. For approved EU warranty cases, we provide a prepaid return label or reimburse reasonable return costs. If the claim is not covered, we return the item at your cost or offer a paid repair/replacement where possible.
8) Care requirement
Please follow the care label: wash cold, gentle cycle; tumble low or air dry. Failure to follow care instructions may limit coverage if it caused the issue.
9) Proof of purchase
A receipt, order confirmation or bank statement showing seller, date and product is required.
10) Geographic scope & where you bought
This warranty applies to EU customers who purchased from hugnaofficial.com or authorized partners. If you bought elsewhere, contact that retailer first.
11) Your statutory rights (important)
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory legal guarantee under EU and national law. In Finland, statutory remedies can in some cases apply beyond 2 years depending on the product’s reasonable lifespan.
