1) Where we ship

We ship to most countries worldwide. If your country isn’t listed at checkout, email support@hugnaofficial.com and we’ll try to help.

2) Processing time

Orders are packed within 0–2 business days (Mon–Fri, EET/EEST). During launches or holidays, handling may take a little longer.

3) Delivery times (after dispatch)

Carrier estimates in business days:

  • Europe (incl. Nordics): 3–7

  • North America: 5–10

  • Middle East & Asia: 5–12

  • Oceania: 7–14

  • Rest of world / remote islands: 7–15+
    Note: Remote locations and customs clearance can add extra days.

4) Shipping fees

Shipping rates are shown at checkout based on destination and weight.
Optional note for your store: “Free shipping over €[amount]” — tell us your threshold and we’ll add it here.

5) Tracking your order

You’ll receive a tracking link as soon as your order ships. Tracking may take 12–24h to activate after the first scan.

6) If your parcel seems stuck

Email support@hugnaofficial.com with your order number (#1234) and we’ll nudge the carrier for an update. If the parcel is confirmed lost, we’ll replace or refund your order.

7) Missed delivery & address changes

  • Missed delivery? The carrier will re-attempt or hold for pickup—follow their notice.

  • Wrong address? Email us ASAP. If the order hasn’t shipped, we’ll fix it. If it’s in transit, we’ll work with the carrier where possible.

8) Pre-orders & split shipments (if applicable)

Pre-orders show an estimated ship date on the product page and in your confirmation. We may ship in multiple parcels at no extra cost if that’s fastest.

9) Customs, duties & taxes (outside the EU)

Orders shipped outside the EU may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees charged by your local customs authority. These are not collected by Hugna and are payable by the recipient, unless otherwise stated at checkout.
