1) Eligibility
You can return your Hugna product within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Items must be in original condition: unused, unwashed, and repacked with all labels, accessories and packaging.
Non-returnable items (for hygiene or customization)

Worn or washed textiles

Personalized or custom-made items

Items returned in a condition that prevents resale (e.g., strong odors, stains, pet hair)
Note: If an item is faulty, you’re still covered—see Defective or wrong item below.
2) How to start a return

Email support@hugnaofficial.com and include your order number (#1234).

We’ll reply with simple instructions and a prepaid EU return label.

Pack the item securely and ship it using the provided label.
Only orders purchased at www.hugnaofficial.com can be returned to our warehouse (not to local stores or resellers).
3) Refunds

Once your return arrives and passes inspection, we issue a refund to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or payment provider to post the refund.

During campaigns or holidays, processing may take slightly longer—we’ll keep you updated.
Klarna payments
If your Klarna invoice is due before we’ve processed your return, you can pause/extend it in the Klarna app. After approval, Klarna automatically handles the refund.
4) Exchanges
Need a different size/color? The fastest way is to place a new order and return the original for a refund.
5) Campaigns & gifts
If your order included a free gift and you return the entire order, please return the gift as well.
If you return only part of the order and it no longer qualifies for the campaign, your refund will be adjusted accordingly.
